ORDER TIMELINE
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Shipping: up to 15 business days
- Total estimated time: up to 18 business days

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

During peak periods (sale events, holidays, or promotional campaigns), processing times may be extended by up to 2 additional business days. We will communicate any significant delays by email.

2. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to all countries worldwide. All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.

Estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination country and carrier performance. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore up to 18 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Blextro ships from Spain (European Union). Depending on your country of residence, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

- European Union: No customs duties apply to shipments within the EU. VAT may be included at checkout depending on your country.
- United Kingdom: Since Brexit, import VAT and potential customs duties may apply to orders over GBP 135.
- United States: Orders under USD 800 are generally exempt from import duties under the de minimis threshold.
- Australia: Orders over AUD 1,000 may be subject to GST and import duties.
- Rest of the world: Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue declarations on customs forms, as this constitutes a legal offence.

4. LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at blextro.shop@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.

If the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

In all cases of lost or damaged shipments, we will cover any costs associated with the resolution.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS AND FAILED DELIVERY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Blextro is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
