1. RETURN PERIOD AND CONDITIONS
You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a voluntary return under our commercial returns policy. To be eligible under this commercial policy, the item must be unused, retain all original tags, be in its original packaging, and be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
This commercial policy is independent of and compatible with any statutory withdrawal or consumer rights that apply in your country of residence. Those legal rights cannot be restricted by this policy.
2. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
European Union — Directive 2011/83/EU
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. You may open and inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical store. If use of the product goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. To exercise this right, please notify us expressly before the deadline expires at blextro.shop@gmail.com.
United Kingdom — Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Consumers in the United Kingdom are equally entitled to 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract from the date of receipt of the order, under the same terms and conditions as described above.
Australia — Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010)
If an item is faulty, does not match its description, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to choose between a repair, replacement or full refund, regardless of the commercial return period.
United States — FTC Regulations
If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match the published description, you are entitled to a return and full refund. Return shipping costs in such cases are covered by us.
Rest of the world — General clause
This policy does not limit or replace any rights granted to you under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. In the event of a conflict between this policy and applicable local legislation, local law shall prevail in all cases.
3. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, was damaged in transit, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at blextro.shop@gmail.com, providing your order number and photographs of the item's condition. At your choice, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including all shipping costs. This right is not subject to the 15-day commercial return period.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal:
- Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
- Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life (food, flowers, plants).
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where unsealed after delivery.
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once downloading has begun with express consent.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Sale or discounted items are NOT excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN
Contact us at blextro.shop@gmail.com before shipping the item, providing your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except where the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
6. EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, initiate the return process as described above. Once the return has been accepted and inspected, place a new order separately.
7. REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you by email of our decision. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned item, or from receipt of your withdrawal notice if earlier.
For EU and UK consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal, the refund will include the original standard delivery costs paid, unless you selected a more expensive delivery method.

8. GIFT ITEMS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a gift credit once the return is inspected. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

- United Kingdom: Citizens Advice or an approved ADR scheme
- Australia: Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
- United States: Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or Better Business Bureau (BBB)
